I am Gordan (aka Flash), mechanical engineer, professional athlete and joined Nordic Kayaks as an athlete in January 2019.

A very successful year 2019 in terms of sports in my Nitro 640 was the basis of an increasingly intense cooperation with NK. The opportunity to combine my theoretical knowledge from my studies and expertise on the water was and is incredibly appealing to me, resulting in full-time work for Nordic Kayaks on all fronts.

Since 2021 I am the managing director of Nordic Kayaks GmbH based in Rostock and your contact person for the Europe-wide distribution of the boats as well as our accessories.

The clinics and coachings offered here are led and organized by me. Years of experience as a professional athlete in canoe racing at the highest international level and the 2020 acquired coach A license of the German Olympic Sports Confederation qualify me to optimize your performance on the water and in everyday life.

My favorite surfski: Nitro 640 – fast like a K1, comfortable like my sofa, incredibly good in the waves. The only elite surfski in which I can move ergonomically ideal and bring my strength optimally even over many hours. I know I can trust the boat 100% despite a weight of only 8.5kg and have no worries at all even in the cold winter and 2m waves.
